Biography
Briscoe Rowell Cain III is an American attorney and Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 128 since 2017. Cain was a candidate for Texas's 9th congressional district in the May, 2026 Republican primary runoff. He was defeated by investment banker Alex Mealer.
